Dream accelerates growth of asset management platform with acquisition of Chancerygate, a leading U.K.-based industrial asset manage

Dream announced definitive agreements to acquire Chancerygate, a U.K.-based industrial developer and asset manager. The deal expands Dream’s European industrial footprint and combines more than 80 professionals across nine countries. Dream Industrial REIT will also acquire Chancerygate’s real estate assets and co-investment interests, while Dream assumes the investment management and development platform. The companies expect the transactions to close in August 2026 and are also in advanced talks to form a new pan-European joint venture targeting MLI opportunities.
